Privacy policy

1. What is collected

The interface is permissionless and wallet based. It asks for no registration, no account and no personal details such as a name or an email address. What it may collect is limited to the following.

Blockchain data: when you connect a wallet, the interface reads your public wallet address, and it shows the transactions tied to that address as recorded on the public network, such as BNB deployed, MING mined, XAUT paid out and claims made. This data is public by the nature of the network and is not stored by the operator.

Technical data: when you visit the site, the operator may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, and usage data such as pages visited and time spent, through cookies or similar technologies.

What you choose to provide: if you set a display name or an avatar, they are stored against your wallet address and shown to other miners next to your activity. If you contact the operator, the message and any details in it are kept to answer you.

2. How it is used

The information is used to serve the interface and your interaction with the protocol's contracts, to monitor and improve the site, to answer you when you get in touch, to comply with the law and legal process, and to detect and investigate fraud, abuse or security problems.

3. Cookies

The site may use cookies and similar technologies to collect the technical and usage data described in Section 1. You can manage them in your browser. Blocking them may stop parts of the site from working.

4. How it is shared

Nothing is sold. Your wallet address and transactions live on the public network, which anyone can read and nobody controls. Technical data may be handled by the providers that run the site, such as hosting and analytics, who are bound to protect it. Your wallet provider, the network nodes the interface reads from and the price sources it displays each receive the requests needed to serve you, and each has its own privacy terms. Information may be disclosed where the law requires it, in response to legal process, or to protect rights, property or safety. If the running of the interface passes to someone else, the technical data passes with it under the same obligations.

5. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures protect the information the operator holds against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No system is completely secure, and nothing on the public network can be hidden. You are responsible for securing your wallet and your private keys.

6. Retention

Display names and avatars are kept until you remove them. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed to run the site, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes, and are deleted on a rolling basis. Blockchain data stays on the public network permanently and cannot be removed by anyone, as described in Section 4.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites and services, such as block explorers and wallet providers. The operator is not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before using them.

8. Children

The interface is not for anyone under 18, or under the age of majority where they live. The operator does not knowingly collect information from minors, and will delete any it learns it has collected.

9. Changes to this policy

The operator may update this policy by publishing a new version on this site. Using the interface after a change means you accept it. Check back now and then.
